The HRD Awards recognise and celebrate the contributions of HR Directors and their teams, highlighting outstanding achievements, leadership, and impact within their organisations, industries, and communities. 

By honouring individuals who have gone above and beyond, the awards encourage continuous improvement and inspire others to strive for higher standards. For nominees, the event will shine a spotlight on personal accomplishments while also celebrating the success of their teams.

The inaugural awards will take place in June 2026.

From Diversity & Inclusion and Early Careers to Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing, the awards will  recognise initiatives that create thriving, inclusive workplaces. 

The awards honor excellence in Internal Communications, Learning & Development, and Recruitment & Workforce Planning, as well as outstanding approaches to Reward & Recognition, Talent Management, and Transformation Strategy. 

The awards will also celebrate visionary leadership with accolades for HR teams Directors and Future Leaders.
